Reliant a family owned, locally based company established in 2015 and under current ownership since 2019. New ownership brought deeper management experience to facilitate the company's growth. We are focused on providing best-in-class service to patients in wheelchairs. Towards that end we have become the first company in North Carolina to become accredited by NEMTAC (Non Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Commission). Our accreditation demonstrates our commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Our selection and training of drivers is extensive. We have certified trainers on staff. In addition to the initial phase the trainers ride with drivers on a regular basis to provide feedback and ensure that quality standards are maintained.

Our vehicles are well maintained, inspected, cleaned and disinfected daily. Servicing is monitored and completed at or prior to recommended mileage. We replace our vehicles on a regular basis in order to maintain a state of the art fleet. All vehicles are equipped with dual facing cameras that record all activity. All footage is recorded to the cloud for investigation of any events. In addition, the telematics associated with the cameras provides alerts for all actionable events.

Reliant invests in and utilizes the benefits of technology. In addition to the cameras in all vehicles, we also use an Artificial Intelligence (Al) driven software solution for our dispatch system (Bambi). Bambi enables each facility to have their own HIPAA compliant portal for the input of trips ensuring accuracy. Once the trip is assigned to a driver, the facility can utilize the map function to track the patient providing complete transparency into the transport process eliminating unnecessary phone calls.
