Reliant Transport uses Bambi to schedule your trip safely and securely and efficiently (learn more about the Bambi platform).

Things to Keep in Mind

• We do not take insurance for payment but can provide a receipt that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
• Payment is due at the time of service using a credit card which can be swiped at the van or called into the office in advance.
• We will email a quote for service which must be accepted/confirmed in order for us to perform the service.
• Residences must be accessible – we do not move patients up/down steps. Ramps are acceptable.
• Wheelchairs must be ADA compliant and in good working order. We have wheelchairs available for use in transport.
• Individual weight limit of 350 pounds.
• On arrival, patients must be in wheelchair, ready to transport. Reliant will not transfer patients.
